Our Design Process

We will work with you to tailor our services to meet your specific needs and budget. We can manage your project from conception all the way through to construction, to ensure the final outcome matches the vision we created with you at the beginning.

Step 1 - Initial Discussion

We start by discussing your brief, budget and potential design opportunities. We encourage you to share any images and ideas you may have along with details of your site.

We establish a great working relationship with our clients and make sure we are in sync with you. We put sustainability and material selection at the forefront of our design decisions, and we are keen to work with people who share these ideals.

Our fee for this service is $1800 plus GST

If you would like to proceed further once the Design Feasibility Report is complete, we will compile a detailed list of our services and associated costs relevant to your project, which will include the following:

  • Detailed Design Development

  • External & Internal Presentation Images

  • Heritage Consultation

  • Town Planning Application

  • Construction Documentation & Building Permit

  • Oversee the construction process

Our fees are determined by the extent of the architectural services you require.

We don’t just ‘draw buildings’, we design bespoke, individual, thoughtful homes that suit our client’s lifestyle, and improve how they live.

We study the site parameters and surrounding environment thoroughly to ensure our buildings suit the site constraints.

Each building and extension we design is unique and we take the time to explore all possibilities.
