Christianson Architecture was established in 2020 by Graeme & Rebecca Christianson and our studio is based in Camberwell, Victoria.
After 10 years developing Loft Architecture, a practice specialising in local government and community projects, we decided to create a dedicated residential and commercial company that would allow us the creative freedom to work on projects with a broader design scope and hands on approach.
Clear communication along every step of the design journey is very important to us, and we want our clients to feel as invested and excited about the changes we make to their homes as we do.
We like wood and all things sustainable.
From the positioning of a building on site to optimise light and shade, to the selection of materials, we put sustainability at the forefront of these decisions and are keen to work with clients who share these ideals.
We provide full architectural and interior design services for large or small projects.

Graeme - Director & Principal Architect
I have been an architect for 25 years and my experience includes designing residential, educational and community projects.
I believe that clients need to be engaged in the design process, and that all ideas are worth considering. I like to explore these ideas through sketches and encourage clients to take part in this hands on approach.
I also enjoy making things from wood, and look to incorporate a crafted feel to the buildings we design.
Rebecca - Design & Marketing Director
My creative journey began as a textile designer and I am still drawn to the tactility, colours and patterns of the woven form.
This led me to a career in automotive colour & materials design which spanned over 20 years and three continents.
In 2020 I left the corporate world behind to focus on material selection, interior design and marketing for Christianson Architecture.
